We provide personal development and employment soft skills training services to individuals and job seekers to promote self-confidence, economic achievement and advancement and professional consulting services to our businesses clients to build a more sustainable workforce.

WHAT WE DO
Our core focus is to provide valuable services to our clients with the goal of creating a platform for them to compete in today’s labor market on any level. We provide a unique array of specialized services around apprenticeships, trade skills development, on-the-job training opportunities, employment readiness, education & financial literacy, mentorship, career counseling/coaching, life skills, youth services, professional development and other supportive services.
Our services are offered virtually and/or in-person and are conducted both in a group or individualized setting, that will allow individual job seekers to move forward and succeed despite their situation.
We also provide technical assistance and program design to community-based organizations and nonprofit workforce development providers and a variety of business services to hiring employers. Our services are available nationwide.
